Xtreme Hike brings family, friends, and colleagues together to harness a love of the outdoors and a shared commitment to help find a cure for cystic fibrosis. Hit the trail with us to raise funds and awareness that will send cystic fibrosis packing!Our Xtreme Hike event is a long-distance, 30-mile hike that challenges participants to push their limits both physically and philanthropically. This year we take on 30 miles in Peninsula State Park in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin.

Fundraise: Fundraising is easier than ever before. You can use the participant center, the Fight CF mobile app, or fundraise on Facebook to reach your goal. You can also create a passion fundraising event or see if your employer has a matching gift program.
Share your story:Life with cystic fibrosis is different for every person living with the disease. Share your story to help others understand the realities of life with CF and why your participation in Hike is important.
