Phillip Chou is Co-Founder and Senior Managing Director at Ambrose Advisors, advising owners on ESOP buyouts, M&A, capital raising, valuation, and transition strategies. He has over two decades of experience, including roles at Eureka Capital, BCC Partners, Far East National Bank, and Pacific Century CyberWorks. Phillip holds an MBA from UC Irvine and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley. A Certified Exit Planning Advisor, he maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, serves on the ESOP Association’s Finance Committee, advises the UNLV Department of Finance, sits on two ESOP company boards, and was recognized by Marquis Who’s Who.
