If you would like to attend our Annual Meeting, please select an "In-Person Attendance" ticket at registration. Light refreshments will be provided. Instructions on attending by Teleconference are below.
Meeting Location
The Annual Meeting will be held in Hawaii Pacific University's Multi-Purpose Room #3. From the main entrance fronting Aloha Tower Drive, walk down the hall on the ground level towards the Center Atrium. Multi-Purpose Room #3 will be located on your left, immediately after HPU's Welcome Center and across from the eSports Arena.
Parking
Parking is available in the Irwin Lot (directly across from Old Spaghetti Factory at Aloha Tower) or in the Pier 5 & 6 Lot (on the Diamond Head side of Aloha Tower, past Star of Honolulu and Falls of Clyde). Hawaii State FCU will cover parking in these two lots.
Check-In
The Annual Meeting is for Hawaii State FCU members only. Please bring a valid government-issued picture I.D. (Driver's License, State I.D., Passport, or Military I.D.) when you check in. Check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the Annual Meeting starting promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Teleconference Option
A teleconference option is available to members who would like to join our Annual Meeting remotely. Members using this option will be unable to speak or ask questions during the meeting. Teleconference attendees will not be counted towards official member attendance at our business meeting. To receive instructions on how to join our meeting by teleconference, make sure to select a "Teleconference Only" ticket when registering.
