Wish you could find information more easily? Want to know how to review and fix any errors? Does doing your GST make you stressed?

We have developed three workshops, book one or all three and go from Xero beginner to pro!

Session 1 – Xero Basics

Friday 3rd October

9am – 11am

• Reconciling bank transactions (rules, AI, matching, dissecting etc)
• Month end checks (creating your own checklist)
• Finding and fixing bank reconciliation errors
• Reviewing GST and correct coding
• New bank accounts
• Bills and Invoicing – teaser for next session

Session 2 – Business Management – Invoicing, Bills and Document Storage

Friday 7th November

9am – 11am

• Contacts

• Bills – Hubdoc v Xero upload

• Finding and storing files in Xero

• Hubdoc tips and tricks

• Reviewing creditors

• Debtor follow ups and reminder tools

• Reconciling payments (bank rec reminders from session 1)

• Optional – Customer Invoicing and quotes

• Optional – Payment Services

• Optional – Customer Invoicing 3rd Party tools

Session 3 – Xero Reporting and Advanced Use

Friday 5th December

9am – 11am

• Running and customising reports

• Key expense monitoring

• Tracking categories (divisional reporting)

• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets

• Inventory items

• Expense claims

• Business snapshot

• Short term cash projection tool

Our team will be there to support you, we'll be working live on the platform in a demo file in a small group session on the big screen. Computers are not required, but you are welcome to bring along a laptop if you’d like to work through our demonstration in your own Xero file. If you don’t have a laptop, and would like to do this please contact us as we may have some spare laptops available.

We'll provide morning tea, and there will be time for a Q+A at the end including some 1 on 1 question time with our experts.
