Formed in 1976, Mental as Anything became one of Australia’s most beloved rock bands, scoring more Top 40 hits than any other Australian act and soundtracking generations with their irreverent wit and unmistakable hooks. Following the passing of frontman Greedy Smith in 2019, the music lives on through X-Mentals — a powerhouse line-up featuring five former members of the original band.X-Mentals deliver an electrifying celebration of Mental as Anything’s greatest hits, including The Nips Are Getting Bigger, If You Leave Me Can I Come Too, Too Many Times, Berserk Warriors and the global smash Live It Up. Expect a night packed with sing-along classics, sharp musicianship, and the unmistakable spirit that made the Mentals icons of Australian rock.
