Our March Sister Circle: Enjoy an hour and a half of cleansing breath work, mindful movement, detoxing meditation, relaxation, warming heated eye mask, and refreshments. You are getting a night off!There will be chilled drinks, essential oils on the diffuser, chilled tunes on the stereo, blissful guided relaxation and plenty of time to kick back.
