Ultimate Performance Flames will begin Cross Country Registration and Practice on August 11th at 615 pm. Cost is $100 for the fall. our registration is open to 6 and up through high School. Elementary, Jr. high, and High School are eligible to train with us. We work with dual sport athletes and will accommodate during their fall season.
