Join the X-Cel Allstar Parent's Association for an exciting afternoon of fun at VFW Post 2540. Play bingo for your chance to win fabulous designer bags and explore our tricky tray packed with amazing prizes. Plus, we’ll have extra raffles and games throughout the day—there’s something for everyone! Mark your calendars now—you won’t want to miss it!
👉 You must be 18+ to purchase tickets and attend this event.
We will have a food truck on site with food available for purchase. Small snacks may be brought to your table; however, no outside food deliveries (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) will be permitted.
There will also be a cash bar. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Ticket Information:
General Admission (Presale): $40 per ticket. Includes entry to the event with one BINGO sheet (3 chances to win per sheet) for each of the 10 regular games, plus 1 door prize ticket. Pre-sale ends at 8 PM on September 10th.
At the Door: $45 per ticket, cash only (first come, first served).
Tricky Tray Ticket Bundles:
Tier 1 prizes – $5 per sheet of 25
Tier 2 prizes ($51–$149) – $5 per sheet of 10
Tier 3 prizes ($150+) – $5 per ticket
Value Pack (2 Tier 1 sheets, 1 Tier 2 sheet, 1 Tier 3 ticket) – $15 each can be pre-purchased through our ticket link
Helicopter Ride Raffle Ticket ($800 Value) – $10 each
