Join us for the Wānanga Ikura with Para Kore, a safe and empowering space dedicated to exploring te ao Māori perspectives on our Ikura (menstrual cycle/s). This wānanga aims to raise awareness about the environmental impact of menstrual products and foster whanaungatanga through meaningful conversations about our ikura.In this session, we will delve into the cultural significance of ikura and its connections to our lands, atua, and generations past and future. Together, we will learn how to better care for ourselves and Papatūānuku.

For those that have indicated they would like some reusable goodies to take home, we will ask you to complete a survey during the zoom and a follow up email will be sent out a few days after the event outlining where to collect your reusable items from and when they'll be ready for collection.
