WYNYC Learning Collaborative for Social Care Navigators

Join partners from across the WholeYouNYC network for an in-person Learning Collaborative for Social Care Navigators. Participants will receive updates on the latest Operations Manual changes (version 9), develop referral workflows, identify best practices and lessons learned, and collaborate on strategies to improve service delivery.
The Learning Collaborative will feature a mix of presentations, interactive small-group sessions, technical assistance, and networking opportunities designed to foster cross-sector learning and collaboration.
This event is primarily intended for Social Care Navigators, but is also open to other member-facing staff and program supervisors.
