The book covers the history of the 1st and 2nd Filipino Infantry Regiments during their fight in the Philippines. In its pages, Vallejo delves into the secret missions these soldiers took part in and the stories of rarely discussed units in a critically important part of the Pacific Theater in the Second World War.
