Elevate your body and mind at Elevation Floating Fitneess. The class will focus on stretching, zero compression inversions, and relaxation. As with all Anti-Gravity classes, expect a core workout as your build strength, agility, flexibility and balance- all while having fun!

This event needs a minimum of 8 people to attend. The charge is $15 cash at event day of (exact change) or you can venmo @SydniArnold prior to the event.

What to bring:

• Water bottle
• Clothing that covers under arms and behind the knees (No jeans or clothes with zippers as they can snag and ruin the hammocks)
• No jewlery, including rings

LIABILITY WAIVER: Friendly reminder that it is required to sign the e-waiver

before attending your first Women Who Explore event. Please sign on an annual

Due to local guidelines and regulations, Women Who Explore will be limiting the

number of attendees per event. Each member attending the event will be

required to register through Eventbrite.

In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please

release the ticket so that another member may attend. If you have any questions,

EVENT GUIDELINES:

By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set

forth by Women Who Explore which include:

• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like

symptoms, exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.

• Post-event: anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days after joining

an event should contact the ambassador and Women Who Explore at

[email protected].

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100%

committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to

attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to

cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other

women who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
