WWE Illinois: (Peoria Area) Meditation Hike at Spring Creek then Tacos

Join us for a guided hike focused on quiet, intentional space for each other and community at Spring Creek Preserve between Washington IL/East Peoria IL. We will start with a short meditation in the grass, ground in and then continue to hike for approximately 2.5 miles at Spring Creek. We will also have a brief mediation again after the hike with a Taco Tuesday celebration at Sombrerito across the road.

Note: this is a moderate level loop hike with some elevation, please be sure to bring 1-2L of water and any snacks or gear to meet your level/needs. I will have basic first aid.
