WWE Florida - Meditative Hike and Yoga - For Women Ages 18+

EVENT IS FOR WOMEN AGES 18+

Join WWE Florida for a mind and body reset in the New Year. Unwind and relax during a 1.4 mile meditative hike followed by a 30 minute intermediate outdoor yoga session. Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and a yoga mat.

**Meeting location: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the event and park by the playground.

**All WWE events are for women ages 18+

**Please refrain from political or polorizing topics of conversation.

**Please note Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified. This is a casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.
