WWE Denver - Full Moonrise @Chief Mountain

THE EVENT

On this hike we are experiencing the the magical transition from day to night, watching an orange orb break over the horizon. The plan is to be at the Top for the moonrise, so we need to start hiking at 6:30pm SHARP and hike a minimum pace of 1.5miles/h.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is VERY weather and cloud cover dependent. Ticket holders will be informed via email and FB chat a day or two prior to the event if changes need to be made.

Due to local guidelines and regulations, Women Who Explore will be limiting the number of attendees per event. Each member attending the event will be required to register through Eventbrite.

In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please release the ticket so that another member may attend. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mar directly!

EVENT GUIDELINES

By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set forth by Women Who Explore which include:

• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like symptoms, are exposed to, or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days. ˜

• Post-event: anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days of joining an event should contact the ambassador and Women Who Explore at [email protected].

CANCELING YOUR TICKET

• Go to your order. Log in to your Eventbrite account. Then go to "Tickets" and click on your order.

• Choose "Cancel Order". (Desktop — Select 'Cancel Order" (next to your order details). Then choose “Yes, cancel this order". Eventbrite app — Select the three-dot menu in the upper right corner.)
