WVI NatCon 2026 – Vendor & Exhibitor Opportunities
Dates: Friday, November 6 – Saturday, November 7, 2026
Location: Hyatt Regency Crystal City | Arlington, VA
Showcase and sell your products and services to 200+ attendees over two impactful days at the Women Veterans Interactive National Conference (WVI NatCon).
Definitions
- VENDORS: Individuals or businesses selling products. Not affiliated with any corporation, government entity, or nonprofit organization.
- EXHIBITORS: Corporations, Federal/State/County Government Agencies, or Nonprofit Organizations providing support services, educational services, or employment opportunities.
Showcasing Rules
- Vendors & Exhibitors will have two full days to engage attendees and sell/display products: November 6– November 7, 2025.
- Setup and breakdown times will be announced in advance.
- Fees include one table and two chairs.
- Duplicate products or duplicate name-brand products are not allowed.
- Sharing vendor space is not permitted.
- Please review the confirmed vendor list before paying your registration fee.
- WVIF reserves the right to cancel and refund any registration deemed not appropriate for this event.

Age Requirement: All attendees must be 18 or older, unless accompanied by an adult.
Doors Open: 8:00 AM daily.
Parking: On-site valet and self-parking available. Rates may apply.
