Join the USS Wernher von Braun as we celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Star Trek! We’ll have a video marathon of the best Star Trek episodes from 12 noon till 8 PM on Saturday, September 19th. It will be held in the fellowship hall of the Messiah Lutheran Church, which is located at 7740 Highway 72 West in Madison, AL. (That’s next to the Red Stone Federal Credit Union just east of Hughes Rd, and in front of the Home Depot.) We’ll update this event page with a list of all activities and a viewing schedule soon
This FREE event is open to the general public, so bring all your friends. We hope you’ll join us as we continue to boldly go for another sixty years. May Star Trek continue to live long, and prosper!
We'll have popcorn, soft drinks, snacks, and some other food available, but feel free to bring your own. We are authorized to use the kitchen, and a refrigerator and microwave are available.
Also, uniforms or costumes are not required, but it would be cool to see everyone dressed up. We'll even have spare uniforms available so you can get your picture taken in a Starfleet Uniform.
