The 2025 Region 2 Summit will be held in conjunction with Stellar Fest on April 4th-6th. The host hotel is the Sonesta Gwinnett Place at 1775 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth, GA (just northeast of Atlanta). Stellar Fest appears to be a small, multi-genre fan-ran convention that's just starting out. Pre-Registration is only $26 for 18 and up. There are other prices for other ages and at the door. We don’t know yet if there are additional fees for the Region 2 stuff like the Awards banquet. They’ve announced nothing other than where and when it will be held.

Most likely the CO and XO will not be able to attend the Summit due to a variety of reasons. However, we wanted our members to be aware that it was going on. This will be the first in-person Summit since Covid hit in 2020.
