“WTH is Happening to My Body?” is a 2-hour wellness workshop for women 40+ who are tired of feeling exhausted, anxious, bloated, foggy, and unheard.
What worked in your 20s is no longer working? You are not alone, you just might be in perimenopause! In this workshop, you'll learn what’s happening hormonally, how to support your body through nutrition, movement, and mindset, and finally get the tools to feel like YOU again — no shame, no fluff, just real talk and real solutions you can take to start feeling like you again!
