October classes will be very interesting in our Wednesday Tango Break Intermediate Class
𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑼𝑵𝑬𝑿𝑷𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑬𝑫 𝑻𝑨𝑵𝑮𝑶: 𝑺𝑼𝑷𝑹𝑰𝑺𝑬, 𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑷𝑶𝑵𝑫, 𝑪𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑻𝑬
A 4-Week Intermediate Tango Series
What happens when Tango doesn't go where you expect?
Change direction. Change the rhythm. Break the pattern.
Discover how pauses, redirects, changes of speed and unexpected exits can transform familiar movements into a completely different dance.
Don't just know what's next. Discover what's possible,
Guillermo and Laura will introduce surprise, contrast, and spontaneity into their tango while keeping the lead/follow clear and comfortable.
Instead of the dance becoming predictable—walk, ocho, turn, cross—you will learn how to change what might normally happen next.
The “unexpected” might be a sudden pause, a rebound, a change of direction, an acceleration, a tiny movement instead of a large one, or an unusual exit from something familiar.
Some of what Guillermo and Fernanda might do:

— Playing With Time: Pauses, Suspensions & Changes of Speed
— Unexpected Possibilities: Break the Expected Ending

It also works for both roles. The leader learns to offer something unexpected without becoming unclear, while the follower learns to respond rather than anticipate.
