About this Event
Pilates45 is a 45 minute low-impact, high-burn workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge the body from the inside out. We focus on controlled movement, core stability, muscular endurance, and full-body toning. We'll fire up the abs, sculpt the legs and glutes, strengthen the upper body, and improve posture an balance, all while keeping the movement smooth and steady. Please bring your own mat and water.
