WRRC 21st Annual Chocolate Fest

We invite you to join the WRRC on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 4:00–5:00 pm for our 21st Annual Chocolate Fest. Get creative and bring chocolate in any consumable form to share with fellow attendees at this deliciously sweet chocolate potluck-themed event. This year, to top off the fun, special guest speaker, Zac Ziegler, a reporter/producer at AZPM, will join us for a “tables-turned” interview conducted by WRRC Director Sharon B. Megdal. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with WRRC staff and water colleagues and to see the winning photographs from our 2024 Annual Photo Contest. So, mark your calendars and start thinking about chocolate! We hope to see you next month at Chocolate Fest 2024. Note: In-person registration for this free event is limited.

Zac Ziegler is a reporter and show producer at Arizona Public Media (AZPM), Southern Arizona's National Public Radio (NPR) and Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) member stations. He produces and hosts Tapped, AZPM's podcast about water issues in the southwest, including its weekly public affairs show, The Buzz. Zeigler has worked in journalism for over a decade and has won numerous statewide, regional, and national reporting awards.
