Author and poet Sara DeLuca will join us to read excerpts from her published works and share a presentation about the importance of preserving family stories and history for younger generations - and those yet to come. This talk will focus on inspiring attendees to record and preserve personal and family history, as well as options for doing that - such as writing personal stories or narrative poetry, interviewing elders, organizing family photographs, recipes or other keepsakes with notes that make them meaningful. We hope you will join us to hear readings by Sara DeLuca and participate in a stimulating discussion to follow.
