About this Event

Writing with an Accent is a creative exploration of Latin American poetry, migration and the experience of writing while living abroad. Through the work of Latin American poets and my own poetry, we will explore what happens to our words, voices and identities when we write between languages, cultures and places. The session invites us to celebrate the “accent” in our writing, not as something to correct, but as a creative space shaped by memory, displacement and belonging.
