WRITING MEMOIRS WITH JILL BAKERLEARN DEEP; WORK WITHIN.
This is an interactive workshop at the new Artist Co-op Maybe Its Fate at 1425 Story Ave. Located in Butchertown, there is a small lot, yet plenty of street parking on Adams. We will meet in the second story board room.
This is your opportunity to be guided thru six sessions by author Jill Baker. She will lead us thru the steps of: identifying a central theme, creating a timeline, identifying turning points, choosing your narrative structure, breaking down into chapters, and adding emotion and voice to your story.
There will also be a potluck at the last gathering. but you only need to bring a notebook and a good writing pen to the first session. Laptops are welcomed.
Workshop is limited to 12 participants, and will be on a donation basis, with $10. per session recommended. $60 for the entire course study. Scholarships available. Discussion should be lively and I can assure you it will a deep dive that we will surface with treasure. Jill's bio available upon request.
