About this Event
Brigg the Dragon had breath that smelt of smoke and roast beef. What does your dragon smell of and what do they do? Will they survive or are you going to defeat them?
Let this expertly told story inspire your family to make a book and write their own dragon adventures.
No experience needed all materials will be provided.
Suitable for children aged 5+ Children must be accompanied by their adults at all times.
This is a family event run by The Writers Workshop.Family writing Adventures take place once a month. In school holidays on weekdays but on Saturdays, in term time.
This session is run by Carmel Page who is a Storyteller, Folklore Author, Artist and Dragon lover. She works with children delivering workshops for Sheffield Museums, sharing stories with children on the cancer ward in Sheffield Children's hospital and mentoring traumatised children in care.
If you or your child have any additional needs please inform Carmel in advance or on the day.
To keep costs down for families, adult tickets are the same price as children's tickets. The activity is for both adults and children. Babes in arms do not need tickets.
