Writing and responding to management

This course is designed to provide union representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively communicate in writing with management on behalf of their members. Clear, concise, and persuasive written communication is essential for conveying grievances, proposals, and other important matters in the context of industrial relations.

Throughout this course, participants will learn practical strategies for drafting various types of written correspondence, including emails, and reports. Additionally, they will develop techniques for responding to management communications.
