About this Event

Writer’s Circle: Haunting Edition
Friday Night Writing Gathering ✒️👻✨

Join us for a festive, generative writing circle where we’ll lean into the theme: “Things That Haunt Us.”

On this October evening, we’ll gather in community, share a seasonal beverage or treat, and spend two hours exploring the echoes, shadows, and memories that linger—whether they are eerie, tender, funny, or profound.

What to Expect:

  • A warm welcome & themed treat to set the tone
  • A series of guided prompts to spark your writing
  • Time to draft, reflect, and share (sharing optional, always encouraged)
  • A supportive circle of writers of all levels and backgrounds

Theme: Things That Haunt Us
From ghost stories to unfinished conversations, from family inheritances to the dreams that won’t leave us alone—our writing will play at the edge of what lingers. Expect mystery, memory, and maybe a little mischief.

This is a space for curiosity and courage, where we write not to exorcise the haunting, but to listen more deeply to what it has to say
