Writer's Circle: Park Edition

Come join writer and poet, Lindi Nolte, at Dude Chilling Park for a special outdoor edition of our Writer's Circle summer series!

Lindi will send you the exact location of where she is set up upon registration! There will be a YELLOW BALLOON to identify where I am set up!

What to Expect:

• 6:30pm-7:00pm- Arrival + check ins. We will settle in with a journalling prompt and do a check in on our relationship with our writing and creative selves.
• 7:00-8:00- Writing time. Lindi will offer a selection of short writing exercise to warm up our minds and pens followed by options for prompts for a longer writing session.
• 8:00-8:30- Sharing and discussion. We will share our writing or the process of our writing and support each other through active listening.
• This is a casual circle and intended to be fun and playful. If you would like to bring a beer and just scribble some notes about the sunset, that's welcome too!
• ALL WRITING STYLES AND LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME!

What to bring:

• A blanket or camp chair, whatever is most comfortable for you
• A notebook or journal and pen
• Drinks/Snacks

This is a casual circle but we still respect each other's time--if you are running late or can no longer make it, please let Lindi know asap!

Each Session Includes:

• Writing time with creative prompts and exercises tailored to help you push your creative boundaries
• Sharing your writing or creative process with the group, receiving supportive feedback and insight
• Group reflection, encouragement, and discussion on themes, techniques, and challenges in writing

Refund Policy:

I do not offer refunds for sessions but I will honour a one time transfer to another week if you can no longer make it!
