About this Event
Many of us carry life experiences that feel heavy, unresolved, or difficult to name—and how we move through those experiences matters. Writing can be a powerful tool for processing grief, trauma, and mental health struggles. Once words reach the page, the focus often shifts from simply telling a story to releasing the emotions attached to it, opening space for insight and healing.
In this introductory workshop, participants will learn writing techniques that support honest self-expression and emotional release. Research has shown that writing can help alleviate stress, promote physical health, and strengthen emotional well-being. As we explore the lessons of our past without fear, we create new possibilities for our future.
No experience needed.
Important note: Expressive Writing is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment, but it can be a powerful complementary practice for reducing stress and gaining deeper self-understanding.
