Write Now Creative Writing Workshop for Teens
About this Event
Write Now is a free literary development program for Fulton County youth ages 8–18 who dream of becoming published authors. From your first draft to your debut signing — we'll take you there.
Led by professional authors, filmmakers, and storytellers, Write Now guides students through every stage of the writing process — from finding their voice and exploring their genre, to revising their work and stepping into the spotlight. Every participant finishes the program with a completed, polished story and a place in the AAMBC Write Now Anthology, an exclusive published collection releasing each Fall that makes every participant an official published author.
Write Now is more than a writing program. It is an investment in the next generation of Black storytellers, critical thinkers, and confident communicators — young people who will carry the skills and self-belief they develop here into every corner of their lives.
