Wreath Making at The Abingdon Abbey Buildings

The festive season is fast approaching and it's time to start getting into the Christmas spirit. What better way to do this than by crafting your very own festive wreath?

Abingdon Abbey Buildings is excited to invite you to our Wreath Workshop on Saturday, 7th December and Sunday 8th December. Set in our stunning medieval buildings.

As the old song goes, it's time to "deck the halls", and what better way to do this than with a festive wreath that you've made yourself?

Our workshop is designed for all, from beginners to seasoned crafters. You'll find all the materials you need to create a wreath that reflects your personal Christmas spirit.

And the best part? All of our materials are natural and locally sourced, ensuring that your wreath is not only beautiful but also environmentally friendly.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, 9th December, from 2 - 4pm. For £35 per person, you'll have access to all the materials you need to create your festive masterpiece.

But remember, spaces are limited to just 12 people, so make sure to secure your place by booking now.

While we provide all the necessary materials, you're more than welcome to bring your own cuttings, secateurs, decorations, and ribbons. This is your opportunity to get creative and make a wreath that truly reflects your personality and festive spirit.

Our workshop is set in the stunning Abingdon Abbey Buildings, which means you'll be crafting your wreath in a beautiful and historic setting. Keep in mind though, the medieval buildings can be a bit chilly. But don't worry, we've got you covered. We'll be offering complimentary Mulled Wine or Hot Chocolate, and a Mince Pie to keep you warm and toasty.

Our location is at the Lower Hall, Abingdon Abbey Buildings, Checker Walk, Abingdon. Please note, car parking at the Abbey Buildings is very limited, so we advise you to come by bus or park in a public car park.
