Learn how to work with espresso like a professional barista—including dialing in, adjusting grind size, and steaming milk to silky perfection.

In this class, we will:
• Taste and compare two different espresso coffees to understand how beans change the final cup
• Troubleshoot and dial in espresso, including grinder adjustments and variable control
• Steam milk to achieve café-quality microfoam
