Centre culturel Georges-Vanier (Second Floor) | Montréal, QC
About this Event
Join us for a warm, intentional family friendly holiday market where self care is about filling your cup so you can pour into others.
We believe self care is holistic, not just rest and relaxation, but an active, ongoing practice. This market is built around seven core pillars of sustainable self care: Mindfulness, Movement, Nutrition, Creativity, Community & Connection, Learning & Growth, and Hygiene & Body Care 🌿
We’re inviting vendors, artists, practitioners, and community organizations who embody these values. Through local vendors, community resources, healthy food, live music, and joyful programming, this is your invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience self care in action, for your body, mind, and community.
