Celebrate young musicians together at WPR’s Classical Music Day in Wausau!
Join us Monday, March 15 for an evening celebrating classical music and some of central Wisconsin’s outstanding young performers. The concert gives students the chance to perform on the stage of the historic Grand Theater, and gives you a chance to hear the next generation of musicians in a remarkable setting.
WPR’s Classical Music Day brings together student musicians from schools, universities, and youth ensembles for the experience of performing in a professional concert setting, and brings the audience together to celebrate the talent and dedication of young musicians in our communities.
Part of The Grand's Community Engagement Series, this event is free and open to the public. Please register in advance by adding the performance to your cart or calling 715-842-0988.
