Join us this spring for a milestone marker for WOW!--our 20th Season! In the comfortable setting of our Bell Tower store, women of all ages and backgrounds have gathered every spring since 2007 in our retail store for these special before-hours events to learn how we are all treasured by God and truly WOW!--Women of Worth! Doors open at 8 a.m. to enjoy breakfast goodies before our session begins at 8:30 a.m. We'll have special music, fun prizes, and then a message important to the heart of a woman by our guest speaker.
We're so happy to have our own Teresa Stabler back as a speaker to close out our 20th season. The senior manager of Trader Rick's, Teresa has also co-led WOW! from its inception, and is instrumental to everything we do in our marketplace ministry and stores. She has spoken at WOW! several times over the years, but she is also a seasoned speaker at women's events and churches, including Ft. Myers Christian Outreach Center where she and her husband are on the pastoral staff.
Teresa has a message perfect for WOW! about stepping into the identity and purpose God has for you. "Every woman was known by God before the foundation of the world," Teresa says. We are "knitted and grafted" by God, "known in eternity, restored in time."
She adds, "Many of us carry labels, wounds and seasons that made us feel disconnected from who we were truly created to be. But Scripture reminds us that we are not accidents of time, we are knitted together by God and grafted into His promises." She says "through Christ, what life tried to break can be restored and grafted back into divine purpose."
