Jason is an Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and has a strong background in fine dining. He worked for six years as a sommelier at the prestigious Pappas Bros. Steakhouse in the Dallas/Fort Worth area always entertaining and knows the Mondavi Family portfolio of partners Folio represents here in USA

Michael Mondavi in deciding the best direction following the sales of his Dad's Robert Mondavi Winery led him first to his own families' vineyards & winery and then to those family wineries across the world of similar stature and quality.

Jason brings his experience with these amazing small vineyards productions how Folio has assisted and brought them to the attention of American wine drinkers and will be a tasting the wines that you would be delighted to find on your holiday table or in the gift bag under your tree!
