WOW brings together women from across our region each month to build meaningful relationships, support local nonprofits, grow professionally, and leave feeling encouraged and empowered. Our April speaker is Cynthia Schneider, CEO of the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber.

Cynthia will present “Replanted for Renewed Purpose – Growing Beyond Self-Doubt to Dignified Service.”

Her message will explore how seasons of transition and challenge can lead to renewed purpose, growth, and meaningful impact. Through her leadership experience and personal insights, Cynthia will encourage women to move beyond self-doubt and step confidently into the work they are called to do.

This month we are proud to spotlight Friends of Old Town, an organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing Winchester’s historic downtown through events, beautification efforts, and community engagement.

Their work helps keep Old Town vibrant, welcoming, and thriving for residents, visitors, and local businesses.

WOW is also helping support the during the 99th Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival.

Local businesses are invited to donate 50 promotional items to be included in the event’s swag bags. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business to attendees during one of Winchester’s most celebrated events.
