These internal wars can be related to identity, self-worth, guilt, fear, anger, trauma, or unresolved emotional wounds. For most wounded women, these inner battles can be intense, often stemming from past experiences of betrayal, abuse, or neglect.
These internal wounds are often seen as spiritual warfare, where the enemy seeks to attack the mind and spirit, causing doubt, despair, and division within oneself. But may very well also come from relationships, societal pressures, or personal struggles.
