Join us for the New York Carry Forward 5K, a family-friendly run/walk supporting Wounded Warrior Project® and our nation’s bravest. Whether you run, walk, or roll, this primarily flat, paved, and wheelchair-accessible course is designed for participants of all ages and abilities.
This is a fun run — no official race times will be recorded — just community, purpose, and impact.

• Participant kits (event T-shirt, bib & more) available race morning at packet pick-up
• Valid photo ID required (participants must pick up their own bib)
• All finishers receive a medal
• Rain or shine event
• Parking available at Losee Park
• No bag check available
