This series consists of three soulful gatherings held at an inviting air-conditioned space designed to support your healing journey through a guided sound bath meditation, sacred practices, and self-reflection.

The first session was The Wound and The Voice. Our second session was The Wound and The Breath. The last session is The Wound and The Light.

Now we arrive at our bonus session, closing out the warmth of Summer and opening the doorway into Autumn: The Wound & The Mirror.

This final theme invites you to reflect on how your voice, breath, and light are intertwined, offering a mirror of self-discovery as you step into a new season.

Here's what you can expect:

• You'll have the chance to pull an oracle card to set an intention
• We'll have a group discussion on the theme of the month
• You'll be led through a guided sound bath meditation
• You'll be given a sacred practice to take home with you
• We'll have time for journaling
• Q&A and time for community connection

Items provided:

• A complimentary mocktail
• Yoga mat

Please bring:

• A journal and pen
• Blankets, cushion, pillow (optional)
• Water bottle (there is water available at the space)
• An open mind and heart

While each session is connected, you don’t need to have attended the others to join this one.
