Worx Hard, Play Hard

We are partnering with HOTWORX Rocky River for our Worx Hard, Play Hard event! Join us on Saturday, November 16 at 11am and try out HOTWORX’s infrared Fitness Studio.

DETAILS:

✖️Event will run from 11am-1pm

✖️Workouts are virtually instructed that take place in infrared saunas

✖️You can choose to take one or more of the following:

🔥45 minute isometric class (each class can fit 3 people)

-At 11:15am you can choose from Hot Buns, Pilates, Barre and Core

-At 12pm you can choose from Hot Iso, Yoga, Stretch, Bands and Barre

🔥15 minute HIIT class

-The HIIT sessions run every 15 minutes and you can choose from Hot Cycle, Thunder or Row.

✖️Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session you'd like to try. This will give us time to choose your spot, fill out the waiver and get a tour of our studio
