We're here on Worthing beach every Saturday for community, women's and private sauna sessions. Our community sauna sessions are at 9.00, 17.00 and 19.00. Our women's sauna is at 11.00 and private sessions are available between 10.00-18.30.
We have passes available for 6 community / women's sessions for the price of 5, bookable through the website.

We are also open on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays for community, women's and private sauna sessions; all available dates are on the website. Timings can change depending on seasonal holidays
