True self-worth and humble self-esteem are the result of living our life in harmony with our purpose and path. This workshop is focused on bringing us into alignment with our purpose and our path by decreasing unworthiness and increasing worthiness.
Five core components you will learn:
1. Honestly identifying the behaviours that are unworthy, thus justly resulting in low self-worth
2. Removing the unworthy behaviors
3. Identifying erroneous beliefs related to unworthiness
4. Eliminating the erroneous beliefs
5. Cultivating high value behaviors which foster worthiness
Topics and Techniques covered:
• Understanding worthiness, esteem and peaceful power
• Terminating low self-worth with high worth living
• Being powerful not pitiful
• Conquering people pleasing and abolishing approval addiction
About the Facilitator:
Hanuman Das (Greg Clarke) is a respected teacher and author in the field of spiritual living. He has been studying, practising and living a spiritual life since his early twenties after being introduced to his teacher Ram Dass. He shares techniques in the areas of meditation, self enquiry and inner strength with the objective of integrating spiritual life with daily life. He conducts workshops and retreats and has lectured on consciousness and spiritual living at yoga and spirit based festivals across Australia. Hanuman Das is a gifted and entertaining speaker and author whose parables make learning joyous, clear and easy to incorporate into daily life.
