Worship Therapy is a worship and prayer experience designed for all people, with a special focus on young adults and young believers navigating life, faith, and purpose.

This gathering creates space to slow down in the middle of life’s noise, lay down burdens, and encounter Jesus in a real and personal way through worship, prayer, and community. It’s a place for those who feel overwhelmed, spiritually dry, searching for direction, or simply hungry for more of Jesus.

This includes Spirit-led worship, moments of reflection and release, prayer and encouragement, and a community of people pursuing Jesus together in authenticity and unity.

No pressure, no performance—just a welcoming space to encounter Jesus and be refreshed.
