TRUE WORSHIP HAPPENS WHEN GOD’S WORD MOVES FROM PAGES TO PEOPLE!
Worship as a Lifestyle is a 5-week course running at Revival Bible Institute from 30 June – 28 July 2026 for the 2nd Year Students.
This year, we will go beyond knowledge sharing and learning from the Word — we will step into the doing of the Word through our Worship Practical, creating a safe and intentional space for students to explore the different expressions of the Hebrew words for worship.
We will discover and experience:
Hallal — To praise, celebrate, boast, and rave
Yadah — Root word: Yad (hand) — to cast, show, or point with the hand
Towdah — To offer a sacrifice of praise
Shabach — To soothe, boast, pronounce happiness, and announce with a loud voice
Barach — To kneel and bless
Taqa — To strike, smite, drive a nail, and clap hands
Makal — To twist, leap, dance, and twirl
Tehillah — To sing a new song
Zamar — To play an instrument in worship
