Interactive preparation before the Festival: We invite you to contribute words, phrases, sentences, experiences and thoughts regarding multicultural, multidisciplinary creative process. You are welcome to drop a message or leave a comment on the instagram page @worldweave2026, or email to [email protected], before 28 March.
To inspire you, here are a few questions:
What does multicultural collaboration mean to you?
Have you experienced a moment where different disciplines came together to create something new? Also in daily life?
What words or images come to mind when you think of “creative exchange”?
What have you learned from working with people from different backgrounds?
What challenges — and surprises — have you encountered in such a process?
Workshop physical theatre (11.00-13.00, doors open 10.45):
Led by magician and theatre artist Zippo Guo. Through movement, theatre games, and group improvisation, participants step out of daily routines and reconnect with their bodies. When people move together, something meaningful naturally emerges. It’s not about technique, but about slowing down, listening, and sharing space. Both experienced participants and beginners are welcome to explore in a safe and playful environment. The workshop is suitable for 10 - 65 years old. Children should join with their parent, and can use the student discount code.
