Come and join us celebrate World Tai chi Day at Flitwick Bowls club for an afternoon of gentle exercise of Tai chi, Yoga and Qigong. Food and drink will be available. This will be an informal gathering so no previous experience plus invite friends and family and have fun. The proceeds from this event will be split between the club and The Samaritans.
