"One World... One Breath"On the last Saturday of April each year at 10:00 am local time, worldwide, in hundreds of cities, spanning 80 nations, people come together to breathe together, providing a healing vision for our world.
During the World Tai Chi & Qigong Day event at the Community Center, Tai Chi instructor Carol Willis-Holden leads an extremely synchronized and soothing demo of Tai Chi. There is also a brief history video as well as a chance to practice the basics of the art and you may even learn how to write your name in Tai Chi!
