Have you or someone you know suffered a stroke? If so, please share our event with them.
We are holding an information day with over 50 stroke specific local services that can help you.
There will be approx 4 stroke specific speakers during the day.
We will have our partners there NPT WASP (Wellbeing After Stroke Project) from NPT MIND.
If you feel you need free mental health support after a stroke or a loved ones stroke you need to attend and get as much information as possible or sign up on the day.
Please put it in your diary Friday 23rd October 10am to 4pm.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day and we will provide a packed lunch.
Unfortunately will be unable to provide a packed lunch if you do not register in advance online. The cut off time for online registration (RSVP) is Thursday 22nd October 4pm. You are still welcome to attend if you have not registered online but a packed lunch will not be provided.
